Shipping Policy

In order to deliver your order accurately, in good condition and always on time we partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders. Shipment/delivery time of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Rahgear.

The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. We generally dispatch your orders within 2-3 days, you may expect the order to be delivered to you within 2-8 working days, depending upon the delivery address.

Warranty Policy

As passionate riders ourselves, we stand behind the quality of our gear with a warranty period of 3 years. The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product.

What does this warranty cover?

Warranty only covers any defects in materials used to manufacture the product, defects in workmanship under normal use or any broken components under normal use.

What does this warranty NOT cover?

Rahgear’s warranty policy does not cover damage of a product resulting from negligence, mishandling, improper care, user errors, unauthorised modification of the product, damage caused by natural disaster, or by theft or loss of the product.

How to avail warranty service?

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase (order number/ tax invoice) and detailed information about the issue you are experiencing.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rahgear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange.

Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging, along with all the tags intact.

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at support@rahgear.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost for returning the product shall be borne by the customer.

Care & Repair Instructions

When you are subjecting your gear to outdoor adventures or everyday hustle, it is bound to get dirty. Here are some tips on taking care of it:

  • To prevent the fabric from fading, take off the bags from the bike when they’re not being used.
  • Hand Wash is recommended for serious stains. Simply wash your gear with lukewarm water and mild detergent.
  • Allow your gear to air-dry in a well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight.

DO NOT submerge your travel gear in water and do not machine wash, dry clean, or use any type of heater during the drying process.

Shipping and Delivery
How long does it take before my order gets shipped?

Normally it takes us no longer than 2-3 working days to put your order together and dispatch it. Should your waiting time seem oddly long do not hesitate to send us an email and we’ll get back at you in no time.

I didn't get my order confirmation – what's up with that?

Moments after you’ve completed your order, you should get an automated confirmation mail. If that’s not the case, please check your spam folder.

How do I access a tracking number?

You access your tracking number via the email sent by us after your package has been shipped. You will not receive a tracking number until your package has shipped. If you need further assistance, please contact email support.

What if my package is missing items?

Please contact email support. We will get back to you within 24–48 business hours.

What if something arrived and it's broken?

Please do not try to repair your item. The first step is to contact us, send photos, and describe the issue you are experiencing. Depending on the situation, we will prescribe the correct treatment to your issue.

Can I change my shipping address?

Due to the processing times of our orders, we are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped. For any immediate needs, please contact email support. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchange
How do I return a product?

If you find that a product is damaged, or that you have received a wrong product, you may go ahead and return the item(s) within 7 days in its original condition for store credit or exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back. For Exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you. How do I modify or cancel my order?

Due to the processing times of our orders, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been shipped. For any immediate needs, please contact email support. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

What payment methods can I use to buy products from Rahgear?

You can pay for your items in many ways! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed. You can make the payment through:

  • All major credit and debit card networks like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and RuPay

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Sorry, currently the option for cash on delivery is not available.

How safe is it to order online?

We only use the safest payment processing services on the web. We don’t store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by our payment processor) and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

Do I need an account to make an order?

Signing up for an account is not necessary; however, doing so keeps you updated with your order history and tracking information, as well as our newsletter and special promotions when they become available.

How do I create my Rahgear Account?

Go to the profile section on the top right corner of the Home page, you will see the option of logging in with your existing account or registering for a new account. You can create your Rahgear account by registering with your social accounts like Google or Facebook. You also have the option to create your Rahgear account at the checkout page.

Why should I create a Rahgear account?

Creating your account saves you the hassle of typing out your details each time you want to place an order with us. Creating an account will also help you keep track of your purchases.

How do I modify my account?

To modify your account log in to your Rahgear account. Go to your dashboard and then click on Account details. You will be directed to your Rahgear profile, where you can modify your account information.

My Rahgear Account
I am unable to add items to my shopping cart, see my shopping cart or access my Rahgear account. How do I solve this?

Rahgear requires your internet browser to accept cookies in order to access the personalized portions of our website, such as the shopping cart and your RAHGEAR account. Cookies are small bits of information that are sent by a website to be stored in your web browser to be read back from your browser the next time you return to that website.

How can I tell if the products I am ordering are in stock?

Most of our items are in stock. In case it is not in stock, you can backorder. We will call you once your order has been placed to confirm the order and to inform you of the status.

The item I ordered was in stock when I placed my order and now it is not. Why?

Our orders are processed in a FIFO (First In First Out) fashion. The most common reason for an item to be out of stock after showing that it was available is that an order for the same item was placed and fulfilled prior to receiving or processing your order.

How long do backordered items usually take?

We will keep you updated on the status of your order through email or phone. If by some chance there is an unforeseen delay in fulfilling your order, we will get in touch with you over phone and by email to inform you of the expected date of delivery.
