Shipping Policy 


We ship across India and worldwide from our India facility.

In order to deliver your order accurately, in good condition and always on time we partner only with reputed courier companies to ship your orders.

Policy for Domestic (India) orders - 

Processing time

Orders typically dispatch in 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays). 

Transit time & partners

  • Metros & Tier-1 cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Tier-2/3 & remote locations: 4–8 business days after dispatch

Standard courier timelines may vary by destination; tracking is shared on dispatch.

Shipping fees

Calculated at checkout by weight/volume and destination (promos/free-ship windows may apply).

Delivery attempts & address issues

  • Carriers usually make 2–3 attempts. If undelivered due to an incorrect address/phone or repeated non-availability, the parcel may return to us.

  • We can reship on request at actual shipping cost.

  • Update requests are possible before dispatch only.

Damage/loss in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered, refuse delivery or photograph the package before opening and email support@rahgear.in within 48 hours.

Policy for International orders - 

Duties & taxes

Orders ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) unless we clearly state otherwise. Local duties, taxes, customs fees, and any clearance charges are paid by the receiver as per your country’s rules.

Transit & carriers

Varies by country and customs. Most shipments deliver in 6–15 business days after dispatch, but customs inspections can add time. Tracking will be provided on dispatch.

Shipping fees

Calculated at checkout. Some destinations attract a carrier remote-area surcharge; if applicable, we’ll email you for approval before shipping.

Customs & KYC:

Your customs authority/carrier may request ID/KYC or additional info. Please respond promptly to avoid delays or returns.

Refusals/abandoned shipments:

If you refuse duties/taxes or the shipment is abandoned, outbound + return freight, customs, and disposal fees will be deducted from any refund (if the carrier returns the parcel to us in saleable condition).

Damage or loss claims:

Report within 72 hours of delivery attempt with photos and your airway bill number at support@rahgear.in 

We’ll coordinate the carrier investigation.

Restrictions

We cannot ship to embargoed regions or where carrier restrictions apply.

Customs may require KYC/ID from the receiver.

General Terms of Shipping Policy


  • Shipment/delivery time of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Rahgear. 

  • The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. Rahgear shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Rahgear. 

  • You must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of products. 

  • In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.
