RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Rahgear.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see our Return and Cancellation policy for more details. 

Cancellations

Due to the processing time of our orders, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been shipped. 

Returns

We have a 3-day return request window. This means that you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. It must include its original packaging, tags, accessories and proof of purchase.

Returns requested after the 3-day period may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please share your order number along with clear photographs or videos showing the issue. Our team will review the case and provide the appropriate resolution.

Do not send the product back before receiving confirmation and return instructions from Rahgear.

Return process

To request a return, email support@rahgear.in with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the product. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the cost and risk of sending the product back to Rahgear.

Refunds

We do not offer any refund for the products sold. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow us at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your request. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Approved exchanges and replacements will generally be dispatched within 7 business days, subject to product availability.

Store Credit and Exchanges

Rahgear does not offer cash refunds for standard returns or change-of-mind purchases. Approved returns will be processed as either:

  • Store credit; or
  • An exchange, subject to product availability.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, please allow up to 15 days for the store credit or exchange to be processed.

If the returned product does not meet the eligibility requirements, Rahgear reserves the right to decline the return.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.
