Rahgear is built to be used hard, repaired when needed, and kept in service for years. If something gives up before you do, we’d rather fix it than see it fail or be thrown away.

Designed to be repairable, our Lifetime Repair keeps your gear rolling—at minimal service cost. From modular panels to replaceable buckles and liners, our products are engineered so that high-wear parts can be restored without replacing the whole bag. 
It’s better for you, your wallet, and the planet.

What we do

Functional repairs: stitching, webbing, buckles, zippers, hook-and-loop, panel patches, liner swaps. 
Crash/impact remediation where structurally possible.
Hardware upgrades when compatible.

Pricing

Minimal service fee + parts at cost + shipping. We’ll quote before work begins.
This service is not to make any profit, you will only be charged as per the actual costs.

How it works

Email us at support@rahgear.in  with the subject “Repair – <Product Name> – <Issue>” and photos of the issue with a brief description. 
We will confirm feasibility and send across the quote.
You ship the product to us; we repair and return it to you.
Processing time for the repair may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the availability of replacement parts. Our team will keep you updated. 
If a repair isn’t structurally safe, we’ll advise alternatives.

Notes

• Some severe crash or heat damage may be non-repairable.
• Repairs do not reset or extend the original warranty.
• Shipping costs under the Lifetime Repair Service, are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held liable for any damage, delay or loss caused during shipping of the product. 
• This service covers Rahgear products only.
