RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Rahgear.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see our Return and Cancellation policy for more details. 

Cancellations

Due to the processing time of our orders, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been shipped. For any immediate needs, please click here and contact email support. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging, along with all the tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return process

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You must deliver the Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by Rahgear. The cost for returning the product shall be borne by the customer.

Refunds

We do not offer any refund for the products sold. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow us at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your request. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
