  2. Upon reviewing the images, if we determine that the product is repairable, we will provide you with our shipping address. It is important to note that the cost of shipping the product to our facility will be your responsibility. We cannot be held liable for any damage, delays, or loss of the product during transit.
  3. Once we receive the bag, our team will perform a comprehensive inspection to evaluate the feasibility of the repair.
  4. If the repair is deemed feasible, we will provide you with an estimate for the cost of the repair, encompassing both labor and materials. Our repair service is non-profit, and you will only be charged the actual cost of the repair.
  5. If you agree to the estimate and decide to proceed with the repair, please make the payment and share the receipt with us. This will enable us to initiate the repair process.
  6. Upon completion of the repair, the bag will undergo a thorough quality inspection before being shipped back to you. The entire process, including inspection, typically takes around 15 days. However, please be aware that during peak seasons, it may take longer. We will keep you informed regarding the status of your repair and provide you with an estimated time of completion.
  7. It is important to note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear or accidental damage. If the repair is not covered under warranty or if we determine that the bag cannot be repaired, we will arrange for the product to be returned to you at our expense.
