We know firsthand the impact it can have on both rider and equipment, and that’s why we stand behind the quality of our gear with a warranty period of 3 years. We believe in crafting products that withstand the challenges of every ride, just like the riders who inspire us.

The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product.

  • What does this warranty cover?

Warranty only covers any defects in materials used to manufacture the product, defects in workmanship under normal use or any broken components under normal use.

During the warranty period Rahgear will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of product that prove defective only under the above mentioned provisions. 

  • What will Rahgear do to correct your problems?

If the product is still under warranty, Rahgear will repair the product at no cost. We will also repair any broken parts of a product using new or refurbished replacement parts. 

  • How long does the coverage last?

The warranty is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, and our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product.

  • What does this warranty not cover?

Rahgear’s warranty policy does not cover damage of a product resulting from negligence, mishandling, improper care, user errors, unauthorised modification of the product, damage caused by natural disaster, or by theft or loss of the product. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage.

The warranty excludes loss, damage, cost or expense of whatsoever nature, to personal property, the user or third parties; directly or indirectly caused by, resulting from or in connection with any manufacturing defect in the product. 

Fabrics fade, zippers get stuck, plastic fittings, velcro, leather degrades – a few things that could happen with usage, and hence are not covered under warranty. 

  • How to avail warranty service?

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase (order number/ tax invoice) and detailed information about the issue you are experiencing. Our team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions on returning the product for evaluation.

If the product is found to be eligible for warranty coverage, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. Please note that the warranty claim processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the availability of replacement parts.

  • General terms of warranty:

a.)  We recommend our customers to check the condition of goods right before accepting it from the forwarder (number of packages, intactness of tape with company’s logo, damage of box). Eventual damage or incompleteness of the consignment caused by the forwarder needs to be settled with the forwarder and not with us.

b.) As we will provide necessary assistance to our customers in such a case, we recommend the customers to inform us on [email protected] as soon as possible. If the customer accepts the packaging showing obvious damage or incompleteness from the carrier and confirms that by signing the delivery note then it is not possible to additionally make a warranty claim.

c.)  The customer is entitled to submit the warranty claim only for faulty goods which were purchased from Rahgear. Claim has to be raised before the expiration of the warranty period. 

d.)  The customer has to prove the validity of the warranty by submitting the bill of sale, and if the goods have been previously claimed under warranty, the customer must also submit that previous warranty claim. 

e.)  The charges to return the product to us will be borne by Rahgear in case the product is found to be damaged or faulty within 10 days of it arriving with the customer. Should a product develop a fault and become defective outside of the first 10 days of receipt of goods and is still under warranty, the item will need to be returned to us by the customer at their own expense.

In order to deliver your order accurately, in good condition and always on time we partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders. Shipment/delivery time of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Rahgear. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. Rahgear shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Rahgear.  We generally dispatch your orders within 2-3 days, you may expect the order to be delivered to you within 2-8 working days, depending upon the delivery address. Once dispatched you will be able to track Your order online by clicking on “Track Order” option, we will send the tracking id/AWB to the buyers You must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of products. Returns

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging, along with all the tags intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return process

You must deliver the Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by Rahgear. The cost for returning the product shall be borne by the customer.

We do not offer any refund for the products sold. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. How do I create my Rahgear Account?

Go to the profile section on the top right corner of the Home page, you will see the option of logging in with your existing account or registering for a new account. You can create your Rahgear account by registering with your social accounts like Google or Facebook. 

You also have the option to create your Rahgear account at the checkout page. While checking out you will get the option of logging in with your social ID or by filling in your details and checking the box to create an account.

Why should I create a Rahgear account?

My Rahgear Account

I am unable to add items to my shopping cart, see my shopping cart or access my Rahgear account. How do I solve this?

Rahgear requires your internet browser to accept cookies in order to access the personalized portions of our website, such as the shopping cart and your RAHGEAR account. How can I tell if the products I am ordering are in stock?

Most of our items are in stock. In case it is not in stock, you can backorder. We will call you once your order has been placed to confirm the order and to inform you of the status.

The item I ordered was in stock when I placed my order and now it is not. Why?

Our orders are processed in a FIFO (First In First Out) fashion. The most common reason for an item to be out of stock after showing that it was available is that an order for the same item was placed and fulfilled prior to receiving or processing your order.

How long do backordered items usually take?

We will keep you updated on the status of your order through email or phone. If by some chance there is an unforeseen delay in fulfilling your order, we will get in touch with you over phone and by email to inform you of the expected date of delivery.

We use the best quality products and make your travel gear with utmost care to ensure that they hold up optimally. 

But when you are subjecting your gear to outdoor adventures or everyday hustle, it is bound to get dirty. Don’t worry, we are here to help you take care of it. Here are some tips on doing so:

  • To prevent the fabric from fading, take off the bags from the bike when they’re not being used.
  • Hand Wash is recommended for serious stains. Simply wash your gear with lukewarm water and mild detergent.
  • DO NOT use any form of bleach, automotive cleaner, dry cleaning chemicals, or abrasive scrubbers; these items might damage the fabric of the product. 
  • Do not submerge your travel gear in water and do not machine wash or dry clean your gear.
  • To remove dirt from your gear, empty it and shake it outside. But that doesn’t clean out everything from the corners and edges. To deal with stubborn particles, give the inside of your gear a thorough wipe with a damp cloth, or a lint roller, focusing on the seams and the corners of the bag. The stickiness of the roller will pick up and dislodge the dirt left and remove crumbs from the hard-to-reach nooks and crannies. You can also use a brush to remove dust from the crevices of your gear.
  • You can also use wet wipes or a damp cloth to remove small dirt stains and smudges.
  • Zippers might need occasional cleaning to remove fine sand, dust, and other particles. Be careful not to scrub the zippers with abrasive scrubbers. Use mild soap, warm water, and a soft brush to clean zippers.
  • Allow your gear to air-dry in a well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight. Leave the zippers unzipped and hang it upside down. DO NOT use a machine dryer, direct sunlight, hairdryers, or any type of heater during the drying process.

Placing an order

Do I need an account to make an order?

Signing up for an account is not necessary; however, doing so keeps you updated with your order history and tracking information, as well as our newsletter and special promotions when they become available.

How do I create my Rahgear Account?

Go to the profile section on the top right corner of the Home page, you will see the option of logging in with your existing account or registering for a new account. You can create your Rahgear account by registering with your social accounts like Google or Facebook. 

You also have the option to create your Rahgear account at the checkout page. While checking out you will get the option of logging in with your social ID or by filling in your details and checking the box to create an account.

Why should I create a Rahgear account?

Creating your account saves you the hassle of typing out your details each time you want to place an order with us. Creating an account will also help you keep a track of your purchases.

How do I modify my account?

To modify your account log in to your Rahgear account. Go to your dashboard and then click on Account details. You will be directed to your Rahgear profile, where you can modify your account information.

My Rahgear Account

I am unable to add items to my shopping cart, see my shopping cart or access my Rahgear account. How do I solve this?

Rahgear requires your internet browser to accept cookies in order to access the personalized portions of our website, such as the shopping cart and your RAHGEAR account. Cookies are small bits of information that are sent by a website to be stored in your web browser to be read back from your browser the next time you return to that website

How can I tell if the products I am ordering are in stock?

Most of our items are in stock. In case it is not in stock, you can backorder. We will call you once your order has been placed to confirm the order and to inform you of the status.

The item I ordered was in stock when I placed my order and now it is not. Why?

Our orders are processed in a FIFO (First In First Out) fashion. The most common reason for an item to be out of stock after showing that it was available is that an order for the same item was placed and fulfilled prior to receiving or processing your order.

How long do backordered items usually take?

We will keep you updated on the status of your order through email or phone. If by some chance there is an unforeseen delay in fulfilling your order, we will get in touch with you over phone and by email to inform you of the expected date of delivery.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We use the best quality products and make your travel gear with utmost care to ensure that they hold up optimally. 

But when you are subjecting your gear to outdoor adventures or everyday hustle, it is bound to get dirty. Don’t worry, we are here to help you take care of it. Here are some tips on doing so:

  • To prevent the fabric from fading, take off the bags from the bike when they’re not being used.
  • Hand Wash is recommended for serious stains. Simply wash your gear with lukewarm water and mild detergent.
  • DO NOT use any form of bleach, automotive cleaner, dry cleaning chemicals, or abrasive scrubbers; these items might damage the fabric of the product. 
  • Do not submerge your travel gear in water and do not machine wash or dry clean your gear.
  • To remove dirt from your gear, empty it and shake it outside. But that doesn’t clean out everything from the corners and edges. To deal with stubborn particles, give the inside of your gear a thorough wipe with a damp cloth, or a lint roller, focusing on the seams and the corners of the bag. The stickiness of the roller will pick up and dislodge the dirt left and remove crumbs from the hard-to-reach nooks and crannies. You can also use a brush to remove dust from the crevices of your gear.
  • You can also use wet wipes or a damp cloth to remove small dirt stains and smudges.
  • Zippers might need occasional cleaning to remove fine sand, dust, and other particles. Be careful not to scrub the zippers with abrasive scrubbers. Use mild soap, warm water, and a soft brush to clean zippers.
  • Allow your gear to air-dry in a well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight. Leave the zippers unzipped and hang it upside down. DO NOT use a machine dryer, direct sunlight, hairdryers, or any type of heater during the drying process.
